Prison Fire Results in Multiple Deaths

We don't even have a jail here in Miller, so I haven't spent much time thinking about a fire in a prison, but this was a disaster (from Fox News):

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina — A fire set by feuding inmates raged through a cellblock at a prison southeast of Buenos Aires early Sunday, killing 32 inmates and leaving two jailers injured, authorities said.

All the deaths appeared to have been caused by asphyxiation after inmates were overcome by smoke, said Justice Minister Eduardo Di Rocco of Buenos Aires province, where the prison is located.

Do you have a facility in your jurisdiction that houses inmates? Do you have plans in place on how to effectively fight the fire? Have you met with the law enforcement personnel at the facility to discuss the evacuation of the prisoners?
